By your access and use of the web/mobile application of General Aeronautics Private Limited (GA) for booking the spraying of your farmland by GA drones, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern GENERAL AERONAUTICS PRIVATE LIMITED‘s relationship with you.
The term ‘GENERAL AERONAUTICS PRIVATE LIMITED‘ or ‘GA‘ or ‘us‘ or ‘we‘ refers to the owner of the website, web application, mobile application of GA whose registered/operational office is F-86, First Floor, ITI Vinyas Building, ITI Campus, Doorvaninagar, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru KARNATAKA 560016. The term ‘you‘ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Visitors and users of the web/mobile application of GA referred to as (“you” or “your” hereinafter)
The use of the web/mobile application and its services of booking and making payment for spraying services is subject to the following terms of use:
You confirm that you are over the age of 18 years i.e. age of majority and legally allowed to accept and abide by these terms and conditions set out on the General Aeronautics web/mobile application.
You confirm that all the data that you populate in the application are fully correct and you are liable and responsible for any loss or damage or adverse consequence of any error in data you share with us.
You confirm that you have the authorisation of the farm owner to book the spraying services.
You agree that there is some amount of risk that you assume in agreeing to have your farmland sprayed by drones, as drones are flying objects, they may accidentally injure any person or property. You waive off any claims against GA of bodily injury, death, property damage that may arise to you or your agents or representatives due to your incorrect data, negligence or act or omission in the farmland or your physical proximity to the drones or you or your representatives not observing any instruction before and after spraying issued by GA and its representatives.
You are required to maintain adequate physical distance and follow all instructions conveyed by GA and its representatives during the spraying activity and thereafter.
The chemical products used in spraying are produced by third parties and GA has no liability for any damage, loss, injury, adverse effects caused by the chemical products.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this web/mobile application and GA‘s spraying services on your farmland is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to verify that any products, services or information available through GA are suitable to meet your specific requirements.
Our web/mobile application contains proprietary information and materials and may also contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of parts or whole of the web/mobile application is prohibited other than when preapproved by GA in writing.
GA owns its trademark. All other trademarks or logos reproduced/displayed which are not the property of GA, are licensed to GA. Trademarks, logos of GA or others shall not be used by you.
The web/mobile application of GA is a proprietary application, the application or parts of the application shall not be copied, hacked, distorted by you.
GA promises no uptime of the web/mobile application.
Unauthorized use of any trademarks, logos by you may give rise to a claim for damages and/or can be a criminal offense.
From time to time the web/mobile application may also include links to other third party applications or websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. GA is not responsible for content on such third party application or websites or consequences of use of such information.
GA is not responsible for the privacy or data breaches or breach or negligence or act or omission by any third party who is engaged in the activity of spraying, such as the chemical product provider. You shall not create a link to this web/mobile application from another website, or application or document without GA‘s prior written consent.
GA shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, transaction processed having exceeded the pre- set limit of a user.
General Aeronautics is not responsible for any error, omission, defect, loss or damage caused due to a payment gateway used by you or a payment instrument used by you. The content of the web/mobile application is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change by us without any notice.
In case you have any grievance or complaint regarding the spraying services, you may raise it within 24 hours of spraying to info@generalaeronautics.com
Your use of the web/mobile application and any dispute arising out of such use of thereof is subject to the laws of India. Disputes if any shall be subject exclusively to the courts in Bangalore.

The payments made for spraying services are non -cancellable and non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Services are deemed delivered upon spraying. Shipping is not relevant to the nature of services.
